Message	that few folks will live near RDZ and thus few will be able to get reimbursed by RDZ from a parts AND labor perspective. Not a big deal if you are talking - you sold me defective valve stem caps. Big Deal if you are talking - you sold me defective turbos. I wouldn't care so much that a person replaces jack up parts -unless I had to care.
